Eligibility
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to health and safety regulations, opened or used supplements and personal care products cannot be returned.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at support@beswasth.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
If you received a damaged or defective item, we will replace it at no extra charge. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
